WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

We have no minimum order amount. Order what you need, and we will get it shipped to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We recognize from time to time, we order things we don't end up needing. We will gladly accept unused, fully packaged machines and/or parts with a 10% restocking fee.

HOW DO I GET TECHNICAL DATA FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MY MACHINE?

We keep updated manuals on our website. Additionally, we are happy to provide assembly drawings with specific assembly breakdowns. Just reach out to us with the model and model revision (which can be found on the nameplate) and we will get you the appropriate drawings.

CAN I RENT OR GET A DEMONSTRATION PRIOR TO BUYING?

We currently have Brick and Mortor Partners who offer either rentals, repair and maintenance as well as possible demonstrations in WA, OR, CA, NV, CO, OK, MI, and IL. Additionally, we are happy to do electronic demonstrations via Zoom. Contact us for details
